Questions, answered.
A few things you might like to know before getting in touch. If your question is not covered here, the intro conversation is a good place to ask it.
-
No. Not knowing is one of the most common reasons to begin. The process is designed to help you move from uncertainty towards a clearer understanding of what fits, what matters, and what is worth exploring.
-
Yes. CallingCraft is not only about choosing a new occupation. Sometimes the better path is to reshape your current role, change environment, renegotiate conditions, develop a missing part of your work, or make a gradual transition.
-
Yes. The Method can help you identify better-fitting directions, evaluate realistic options, and build a deliberate transition plan. -
No. I will help you build the understanding, perspective, and structure needed to make a well-considered decision. The decision remains yours. The aim is not to make you dependent on an adviser, but to strengthen your own judgement so you can keep using it throughout your working life.
-
You do not need to have a starting answer. The first phase is designed to understand where you are now, and the process becomes more specific as your self-understanding and options become clearer.
About the approach
-
The program includes eight sessions of around 60 minutes. Sessions are usually held weekly, so most people complete the program in around eight weeks, although the pace can be adjusted based on your needs. -
All sessions are online by video call, so you can join from wherever you are. I work with clients internationally and can usually find a time that works across different time zones.
-
You will usually have assessments, reflective activities, or practical exploration to complete between sessions, typically taking between 30-90mins per week. Much of the deeper insight develops through this work, so the program is best suited to people who can give it some time and attention.
-
Individual sessions are available to people who have completed the CallingCraft Program and want to return to the Method when their work or circumstances change, or for specific support when pursuing an opportunity. If you are new to CallingCraft, the full program is the place to start.
The program

Yes. What you share in sessions, assessments, and activities is treated as confidential. I only collect the information needed to work with you effectively and never sell your information. CallingCraft is based in Dubai and is responsible for the personal information it holds about you. You can find more detail in the Privacy Policy.
-
Yes, in a careful and clearly defined way. After the main activities covering your Work Values, Deep Interests, and Natural Capacities, I use AI to support the analysis of your de-identified responses to help prepare a personalized written analysis for each area. Once the activities are complete, AI also supports the creation of a summary report and a Work Paths document outlining directions worth exploring.
AI is used to deepen the synthesis, not to replace the one-to-one work. It does not make decisions for you, provide therapy, or diagnose you. I review every analysis and report before you receive it, and we work through the findings together to assess accuracy.
-
Before any responses are entered into an AI tool, I remove your name, contact details, employer details, and any other information that could reasonably identify you. Only the de-identified content of your assessments and activities is used. Your information is never sold. You can find more detail in the Privacy Policy.

We talk about where you are, what you are trying to work out, and whether the CallingCraft approach feels suited to what you need. It is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for the program. There is no pressure or obligation to continue.
-
That is completely fine. The intro conversation is there to help us both get a sense of whether the fit is right. There is no hard sell and no expectation that you continue.
