Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 7 October, 2026
The below Terms are for our clients and prospective clients. They explain how we work together, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return. Please read them carefully.
By purchasing or using any CallingCraft service, you’re agreeing to what follows.
1. Who we are
In these Terms, “CallingCraft,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CALLINGCRAFT - FZCO, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
“You” and “your” refer to the person purchasing or using our services - our client.
“Services” means the coaching, programs, assessments, resources, and related materials we provide.
2. Agreeing to these Terms
By booking a session, enrolling in a program, making a payment, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that:
you are at least 18 years old;
you have the authority to enter into this agreement; and
you accept these Terms.
If you don’t agree with something here, please don’t purchase or use our Services.
3. Using our website
You’re welcome to visit and use our website. In return, we ask a few simple things.
Please use the site lawfully and respectfully, and don’t attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or misuse it or its content.
The text, images, and design on our website belong to us or are used with permission, and our intellectual-property terms below apply to them. Please don’t copy, scrape, or reuse them without our written permission.
Any general information on the site - such as articles or free resources - is offered for general interest only. It isn’t personal advice and doesn’t replace working with a suitably qualified professional (see “The nature of our work” below).
We aim to keep the site available, accurate, and up to date, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free - and some of this depends on our hosting provider. We may change, pause, or remove parts of the site at any time.
Our website may link to other sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy, so we’d encourage you to review their terms too.
4. What we offer
CallingCraft provides career development and career coaching Services designed to help you better understand yourself, find work that fits, and build a more fulfilling working life. Depending on what you purchase, this may include:
The CallingCraft Program - a structured program made up of a series of sessions and supporting activities.
Career Assessments and activities - including assessments and reflective exercises, which may be delivered through an online application, spreadsheet, form, or other digital tools.
Educational and support resources - which may be provided through email, documents, video, conversation or online resources.
1:1 online coaching - individual sessions delivered remotely (for example, by video call).
Online workshops - individual or online group workshops.
We may update, improve, or adjust the content and delivery of our Services as our approach develops.
5. The nature of our work - please read this carefully
CallingCraft offers career development and career coaching services. Our work is educational and reflective in nature - to help you gain clarity, direction, and a considered plan in relation to work.
CallingCraft is not, and does not provide:
therapy or psychological treatment;
medical or mental-health diagnosis or care;
legal advice;
financial, investment, or tax advice.
Nothing we say or provide should be treated as any of the above. If you’re dealing with a medical, psychological, legal, or financial matter, please seek a suitably qualified professional in that field.
Your decisions remain yours. Our work supports your thinking, but the choices you make - about your career, your work, or anything else - are your own, made using your own judgment. We respect your intelligence and agency, and encourage you to always exercise these.
No guaranteed results. We bring a structured, science-informed method and our full care to the work we do. What you gain from it also depends on your own work, effort and specific circumstances. For that reason, we can’t and don’t promise any specific result - such as a particular job, income, or outcome.
6. Booking and payment
Prices. The price of each session, program, or resource is shown at the point of purchase or confirmed with you in writing.
Payment. Payment is made through Stripe or another method we agree with you. For individual sessions, payment is due before the session. For the CallingCraft Program, payment falls due as set out in our satisfaction guarantee (Section 7).
Payment processing. Payments are handled by third-party providers with their own terms and security measures. We don’t store your full card details ourselves. Their processing of your payment is subject to their terms, not ours.
7. Our satisfaction guarantee and refunds
We want working with CallingCraft to genuinely benefit you, so we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Here’s how it works.
The CallingCraft Program. The full program includes a built-in satisfaction guarantee, which works as follows:
You can complete your first two sessions before any payment is required. These first two sessions are part of the full program - they are not a free trial or separately offered free sessions.
If, at any point up to and including the end of Session 2, you decide the program isn’t right for you, you can withdraw with no payment obligation.
If you choose to continue beyond Session 2, the full program fee becomes payable before Session 3 begins.
Once Session 3 begins, the satisfaction guarantee has ended, and the full program fee is due and non-refundable.
To withdraw from the program under this guarantee, just let us know before Session 3 begins - either by email at admin@callingcraft.com, or by telling us directly in a call or session. If you let us know in a conversation, we’ll follow up with a short written confirmation so we both have a clear record of the date.
Individual sessions. Standalone individual sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you need to move a session, please see our rescheduling terms in Section 8.
8. Rescheduling, cancellations, and missed sessions
We understand that life happens; hence we always aim to be considerate and reasonable. To keep things fair for both of us:
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll happily find a new time.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as not refundable.
If we ever need to reschedule, we’ll give you as much notice as we can and offer you a new time at no additional cost.
9. Your part in the work
The coaching work you undertake with CallingCraft is a partnership. To get real value from it, we ask that you:
engage honestly and openly - the quality of your reflective work will influence the quality of the results you get from it;
complete assessments and activities in a timely manner and in a way that reflects your genuine self; and
treat our sessions, and each other, with respect.
You’re always in the driver’s seat. We’re here to guide, structure, and facilitate - not to decide for you.
10. How we use AI
We use artificial-intelligence tools to help analyze information and generate insights that support your coaching.
Before any of your personal information is entered into an AI tool, we de-identify it - meaning we remove details that could reasonably identify you. AI supports our work; it doesn’t replace the judgment, care, and interpretation you and your coach bring.
How we handle your information more broadly - including what we collect, how we use it, and your choices - is described in our Privacy Policy, available at www.callingcraft.com/privacy-policy.
11. Confidentiality
What you share with us in coaching sessions is treated as confidential. We won’t disclose your personal information to others except:
with your consent;
to trusted service providers that help us deliver the Services (for example, to set up a meeting invite or prepare your invoice) - and, for AI tools, only in de-identified form (see Section 10);
where we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent a risk of serious harm to you or to someone else; and
where the law requires it.
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (www.callingcraft.com/privacy-policy).
12. Intellectual property
Everything that makes up CallingCraft - the CallingCraft Method, its frameworks, models, assessments, exercises, worksheets, written and visual materials, wordmark, and the way it’s all put together - is our intellectual property.
When you purchase our Services, we grant you access for your own personal use only.
You may not, without our written permission:
copy, reproduce, or republish our materials;
resell, license, share, or otherwise distribute them to others;
use them to create competing or derivative products or services; or
remove or alter any branding, credits, or notices on them.
The insights, plans, and reflections you create about yourself during the work are, of course, yours to keep and use freely.
13. Third-party tools and platforms
We deliver our Services using third-party tools - for example, video-calling software and payment providers. These come with their own terms and are outside our control. In using these applications, you do so at your own risk. While we choose our tools carefully, we are not responsible for the availability, security, or actions of any third-party tool or platform.
14. Limitation of liability
We provide our Services with genuine care and professional diligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our Services are provided on an “as is” basis, and we don’t guarantee any particular outcome (see Section 5).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, profits, or opportunities.
Where we are found liable to you for any reason, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for any loss or claim we suffer that arises from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will fall under the courts of Dubai - except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence give you rights that can’t be overridden. Wherever possible, we’d always prefer to resolve things through a direct conversation first.
17. Changes to these Terms
As CallingCraft grows, we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. By continuing to use our Service, you agree to any revised or updated Terms.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
If we don’t enforce a term straight away, that doesn’t mean we’ve given it up.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and anything we’ve agreed with you in writing, make up the full agreement between us.
You can’t transfer your rights under these Terms to someone else without our agreement.
